We understand that schedules are hectic and ever-changing. You can sign up for any available time slot, change at any time, and cancel without penalty up to 24hrs in advance. A simple to use online portal lets you manage your own schedule for one or more students.

Our classes are small, usually under 5 students (some may be slightly different depending on last minute changes or type of class). Every class has a live tutor to lead the group, and may have another tutor who is learning or guiding the main tutor.

All of our classes are online so you can find the time that works best for you and join from wherever you are. You can change times at your convenience or join multiple classes per week if you would like.

Credits are the shared unit used to book tutoring sessions. Each class format deducts a set number of credits when you book, and the same balance is used across your account. If a session is canceled within the allowed window, those reserved credits return to your available balance.

Yes. Credits stay in one shared balance and can be reused across private and semi-private bookings. The system deducts the required credits for whichever format you schedule, so you can switch formats without purchasing a separate credit type.

Yes! When you purchase a session pack or membership, you can apply the sessions to any of your students. This gives you the flexibility to share sessions across siblings or save them for when they are needed most.
